The AMAT 0100-91085 conduit PCB is designed for integrated fluid transmission and circuit control, integrating a 4-layer TG FR-4 substrate with a 2-layer PTFE conduit. It is suitable for process chamber auxiliary systems of semiconductor devices such as Centura, Endura, XR80, etc. It can complete process gas or coolant transmission and sensor/actuator signal control on the same board, reduce wiring and pipeline complexity, and improve stability and space utilization.
