AMAT 0190-09468 is a multi-channel serial sensor bus module customized by Applied Materials Company, used for centralized data acquisition and transmission of temperature, pressure, flow and other sensors in wafer manufacturing equipment. It supports RS-485/RS-422 protocol and can be extended to up to 32 sensor nodes with a transmission rate of 9.6 kbps~115.2 kbps and a protection level of IP20. It is suitable for process monitoring systems of Centura, Endura and other devices.
