(1) Digital I/O (DI/DO): High reliability switch signal interaction

Digital Input (DI): Typically supports 16-32 independent DI channels, with input levels compatible with TTL (5V)/industrial dry contacts (24V/48V). It can be directly connected to limit switches, photoelectric sensors, buttons, and other devices to collect switch statuses such as "device in place" and "fault alarm";

Some channels support edge triggered interrupts (with configurable rising/falling edges). When the external signal state suddenly changes (such as pressing the emergency stop button), it actively sends interrupt requests to the CPU to avoid CPU polling and resource consumption. The interrupt response delay is ≤ 10 μ s;

Digital Output (DO): Typically supports 8-16 independent DO channels, with output types of open collector/push-pull output. Each channel has a maximum driving current of 500mA-1A and can directly drive relays, solenoid valves, indicator lights, and other actuators to achieve control actions such as "motor start stop" and "valve switch";

The output end integrates overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection. When the load is short circuited or overcurrent (such as relay coil adhesion), the module automatically cuts off the output current (the protection threshold can be configured through software). After troubleshooting, it can be manually/automatically restored to avoid hardware burnout.

(2) Analog I/O (AI/AO, optional configuration): high-precision continuous processing

Analog Input (AI): 4-8 differential/single ended AI channels can be selected, with a resolution of 12-16 bits (16 bit version accuracy ± 0.01%). The input range supports ± 5V/± 10V/0-20mA/4-20mA, and can collect continuously changing physical quantities such as temperature (through thermocouple/PT100 transmitter), pressure, flow rate, etc;
