High precision detection of electrical parameters

Integrate multiple types of electrical detection units to achieve real-time collection of core electrical parameters of equipment:

Voltage detection: Equipped with a 16 bit high-precision ADC (Analog to Digital Converter), supporting 0-300V AC/DC voltage detection with a measurement accuracy of ± 0.1% F.S. It can monitor key parameters such as power module output voltage and interface terminal voltage. The voltage fluctuation capture resolution is ≤ 1mV, and power supply abnormalities (such as voltage drift and excessive ripple) can be detected in a timely manner;

Current detection: By combining Hall current sensors with shunt resistors, it supports 0-50A AC/DC current detection with a measurement accuracy of ± 0.2% F.S. It can monitor motor drive current, heating circuit current, etc. The response time to current changes is ≤ 10 μ s, avoiding component burnout caused by overcurrent;

Power and energy consumption detection: Real time calculation of power (accuracy ± 0.3% F.S.) based on voltage and current detection data, and accumulation of equipment energy consumption (measurement accuracy ± 1%). It supports statistical energy consumption data by time period (such as hours, days), providing a basis for optimizing equipment energy efficiency and meeting the green production needs of the semiconductor industry.

Component status and signal detection

Build specialized detection capabilities for key components and signal links of equipment:

Sensor signal verification: equipped with 8 sensor signal detection channels, compatible with thermocouples (K-type, J-type) RTD(PT100/PT1000)、 Output signals from pressure sensors (4-20mA) can verify the integrity and accuracy of sensor signals, with a detection error of ≤± 0.2% F.S., to avoid misjudgment of process parameters caused by sensor failures;
