1、 Core technical characteristics
Signal transition and electrical isolation
The core function is to achieve signal bridging between VME single board computer/controller and external expansion modules and I/O devices:
Support stable transmission of VME bus full signals (address, data, control signals) to avoid signal attenuation or distortion between modules;
Integrated optoelectronic isolation circuit for key signal channels (isolation voltage ≥ 2500Vrms), blocking common ground interference between the main control and peripherals (such as industrial motor surges and strong magnetic fields of power equipment), protecting the VME core module, and improving signal transmission reliability.
VMEbus deep compatibility
Fully compliant with the VMEbus standard, it can seamlessly adapt to various modules of the VME system:
Can work in conjunction with MVME series processor modules (such as MVME162 main control board), I/O expansion boards, and communication modules without the need for additional protocol adaptation;
Supports bidirectional signal transition between VME master/slave modules, which can be used as both a master control extension peripheral and a signal relay between multiple master modules, adapting to complex multi board architectures.
