Integrate multiple safety protection mechanisms, including overload protection (110% rated current delayed tripping), short circuit protection (instantaneous tripping current ≥ 10In), leakage protection (residual current action value ≤ 30mA), and overvoltage/undervoltage protection (action threshold ± 15% rated voltage). The box is made of reinforced cold-rolled steel plate material with an IP40 protection level, which can effectively prevent dust and water droplets from entering. At the same time, reliable grounding (grounding resistance ≤ 4 Ω) is achieved through grounding terminals to prevent static electricity accumulation and electric shock risks.

Real time fault diagnosis and alarm

Equipped with a comprehensive self diagnostic circuit, it can monitor the status of the circuit breaker, circuit insulation, and box temperature in real time. When a circuit short circuit, insulation aging, or box temperature ≥ 60 ℃ is detected, it will immediately trigger an audible and visual alarm and output a fault code through the communication interface (such as "L3-OC" representing overload of circuit 3). The panel is equipped with a high-definition LCD display screen and LED indicator lights, which intuitively present the operating parameters and fault locations of each circuit. The operation and maintenance personnel can complete the fault location within 3 minutes.
